Options All
charters require
a reservation and can be held with a full payment or a
minimum deposit of $100.00. If you choose to hold your
charter with just a deposit, you will need to confirm
your trip by phone the day you arrive to Cancun. The remaining
balance must then be paid "In
Cash" at the dock
the morning of the trip!
Your
Reservation Once we
receive your reservation, we will set your charter
date and mail you back your confirmation via email along
with the voucher for your service, a map of the Cancun
Hotel
Zone, and all the other information you may need. If
you have any further questions or need any other
information before reserving your charter, please call us

Cancellation Policy
100% refund on full
payment or deposit for charters cancelled due to weather! (If
a charter is cancelled due to weather, we will try to reschedule
if possible or you will be refunded)
100% refund on full
payment or deposit for cancellations made at least 24hrs
before
the date of the charter!
Cancellations made less
than 24 hours before the charter or no shows will forfeit their
deposit or full payment with the possibility to
reschedule the charter for another day if there is space
available.
