Payment Options
Charters can be booked online or over the phone. We accept all four major credit cards as well as paypal for payments. A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due the at the dock the morning of the charter.
Your Reservation
Once we receive your reservation we will set your charter date and email you your confirmation email with all of the information you will need for the charter.
Cancellation Policy
100% refund for charters cancelled due to weather!
(If a charter is cancelled due to weather, we will try to reschedule if possible or you will be refunded)
100% refund for cancellations made at least 24hrs before the date of the charter!
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the charter or no shows will forfeit their payment with the possibility to reschedule the charter for another day if there is space available.
With over 100 hotels here in Cancun advanced reservations are recommended.
